Terms of Service

Last updated: October 21, 2026

These terms govern your use of the IZQON website at izqon.com and the IZQON subscription service (together, the "Service"). The Service is operated by M. Oğuz Yücel, an individual based in Turkey ("IZQON", "we", "us"). By creating a subscription or using the Service, you agree to these terms.

1. What the Service is

IZQON is a subscription to processed data derived from public filings published by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission on SEC EDGAR. We collect filings for Nasdaq-listed companies, organize them, and deliver them as a daily digest with a link to each original filing. A Pro plan with AI-generated summaries of filings may be offered in the future.

2. Not investment advice

The Service provides information only. Nothing in the Service is investment, financial, legal, or tax advice, a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security, or a solicitation of any kind. IZQON is not a registered investment adviser, broker, or dealer in any jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for your own decisions. Always review the original filing and consult a licensed professional before making investment decisions.

3. Accuracy of the data

The data comes from public sources and is processed automatically. It may contain errors, omissions, or delays, and AI-generated summaries may be incomplete or inaccurate. The original filing on SEC EDGAR is always the authoritative source. We do not guarantee that the Service is complete, accurate, timely, or available without interruption.

4. Subscriptions and billing

5. Founding membership

Founding membership is limited to the first 20 members who subscribe to the Standard plan on an annual basis. Founding members pay $200 for their first year. After the first year, the membership renews at the regular annual price in effect at that time (currently $290), unless cancelled before the renewal date. Founding membership is personal and cannot be transferred.

6. Refunds

Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

7. Acceptable use

Your subscription is for your own personal or internal business use. You may quote small portions of the Service with attribution to IZQON. You may not:

8. Intellectual property

The underlying SEC filings are public records. The selection, organization, and presentation of the data, the digest format, the software, and the IZQON name and logo belong to IZQON.

9. Changes to the Service

We may add, change, or remove features of the Service. If we discontinue the Service entirely, we will give reasonable notice where possible and refund the unused portion of any prepaid subscription period on a pro-rata basis.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end your access if you breach these terms. If we end your access without a breach on your part, we will refund the unused portion of your prepaid period on a pro-rata basis.

11. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, IZQON is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any trading or investment losses, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer protection law.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. This does not deprive you of any protection given to you by the mandatory laws of the country where you live.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change is material, we will notify active subscribers by email before it takes effect. The date at the top shows when the terms were last updated.
