Last updated: October 21, 2026
This policy explains what personal data IZQON collects, why, and what rights you have. The data controller is M. Oğuz Yücel, an individual based in Turkey, operating IZQON at izqon.com. Contact: [email protected].
1. Data we collect
- Email address, when you join early access or subscribe, so we can deliver the digest and contact you about your subscription.
- Order details from our reseller Lemon Squeezy: your name, email, country, plan, and payment status. We do not receive or store your full card details.
- Technical data, such as IP address and browser type, which our hosting provider records in server logs to keep the site secure and working.
We do not use advertising cookies or third-party analytics trackers on izqon.com.
2. How we use it
- To provide the Service and deliver the digest (performance of a contract).
- To send messages about your account, billing, and changes to the Service (performance of a contract).
- To keep the Service secure and prevent abuse (legitimate interest).
- To meet tax, accounting, and other legal obligations (legal obligation).
- To send product news, only if you have agreed to receive it. You can unsubscribe at any time (consent).
3. Service providers
We share data only with providers that help us run the Service:
- Lemon Squeezy (Merchant of Record) for checkout, payments, invoicing, and taxes. Its own privacy policy applies to the checkout.
- Cloudflare for website hosting and security.
- Google Fonts, which serves the fonts on this site and receives your IP address when fonts load.
- An email delivery provider to send the digest and account emails.
- A server provider that runs the data processing behind the digest.
We do not sell your personal data.
4. International transfers
Some providers process data outside Turkey and the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Where required, transfers rely on appropriate safeguards offered by those providers.
5. How long we keep it
We keep your data while you have an active subscription or early-access signup. After that, we delete it within a reasonable period, except for records we must keep for as long as tax and accounting laws require.
6. Your rights
Depending on where you live, including under the EU GDPR and Turkey's Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your data, to object to or restrict its processing, and to withdraw consent. To use these rights, email [email protected]. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
7. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data. No online service can be fully secure.
8. Children
The Service is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
9. Changes
We may update this policy. If a change is material, we will notify active subscribers by email. The date at the top shows the latest version.
